All Bean’s Boats pieces have a hand rubbed finish which brings out the natural beauty of the wood. All our pieces are Brass Tagged with the Bean's Boats logo. Most Larger items will be delivered by Motor Freight Truck, with Curbside Delivery Service and will take 5-10 days in transit. Lift-gate Service, Indoor Delivery or White Glove Services are not included but may be available in select areas for an additional charge. Please call to inquire (866) 564-3876.
Occasionally, if you live in a very rural or inaccessible area, Free Delivery will not be available to your home. If this is the rare case we can work with the Trucking Company to arrange for you to pick up your order at a local terminal free of charge, or we can arrange for an inline carrier to deliver to your home at an additional charge. Please notify us in advance if your address is inaccessible to a Freight Truck and we will work with you to find alternate solutions.
When items ship motor freight, in most cases you will be notified 24 hours in advance of you scheduled delivery date and time. All items must be inspected for damage prior to signing the freight bill. If the driver will not wait for you to inspect the shipment please write on the freight bill: "driver will not wait to inspect for damage". Failure to do so may prohibit us from being able to replace the damaged pieces at no charge to you.
